Within this blog we will discuss the reason we look to utilise the forgotten few.

Here at TBES we believe that this country owes a debt of gratitude to those who have served in our Armed and Civil forces. For this reason TBES holds in high esteem, and above all else, the value that each ex-member of the Armed and Civil Forces (known as ex-service from here on in) can bring to our company devoid of the usual prejudices.

We’d also like to work with ex-service charities to help develop a pathway for those struggling with civvy life and make ex-service personnel feel valued again. Are you a member of an ex-service charity that would like to have a chat to see how we could work together and help ex-service personnel back into work? If so, please use the ‘Get in touch’ page and let us know you are out there, we’d be especially interested in those charities that deal with accommodation for ex-forces personnel.

At TBES we also want to lift those ex-service members who have fallen by the wayside and give them an equal opportunity to join our team of highly skilled personnel. Sometimes life deals you a bad hand, fact! The way you choose to deal with that hand can lead you down very different paths, but paths can be two-way, and not as the individual believes at the time, one-way!

We at TBES hope to offer that return path, this is one of our pledges. Even as a fledgling company we believe that as we grow, we grow utilising ex-service personnel and those ex-service personnel who may have fallen by the wayside. If you are ex-service and would be interested in having a chat about what you can bring to our company regardless of background or prior record, we’d be very happy to hear from you.

That said, we do have to manage your expectations; this is not a golden goose or a packet of magic beans! We are a fledgling company at this point, and we need to be realistic but… we have big ideas and are looking to shake up the equipment support marketplace.
