The client had extremely limited Through Life Support resource, the resource that they did have were already fully employed across the range of the clients’ programmes.

The client had recently transitioned this system into service on a single platform type, however, they were now looking towards integrating the system onto further platform types.

The client needed to understand and capture any support risks that may threaten ISS delivery when merging ten individual support contracts. As this spanned ten different systems, hosted on multiple platforms, a phased approach was decided upon in order to provide an experienced Through Life Support peer review.

The client needed an In-Service Support (ISS) Basis of Estimate (BoE) & Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and supporting WBS Dictionary that detailed specific tasks / deliverables which integrated with a Transition to Support (TtS) WBS and an Engineering WBS, which were currently in development.
