Testing: Our model has been tested and verified by way of two pilot projects (one in the Sea domain & one in the Land domain), the experience from these two projects was then fed back into the model to improve upon the initial release.
Continuous Improvement: We continuously test and adjust our model by using feedback from clients and from our consultants. Each client receives a Project Closedown Report which amongst a full project report, lists all items which have been learnt from experience whilst working with the client. This approach allows the client the opportunity to learn and continuously improve as well as helping to inform our own model and continuous improvement processes.
